I struggled with my weight from childhood clear into my mid 40’s. I was so desperate to lose weight that I dedicated my career and education to the field of nutrition - a practicing Dietitian for over 20 years and still struggled.
It wasn’t until I was 45 that I finally achieved my goal and lost 92 pounds. No insane workouts, no crazy diets or choking down foods I hated. But, creating a lifestyle I could fall in love with - for the remainder of my life.
Now, at 47 I’m still maintaining, and now desiring to help others design their lifestyle to fall in love with.
I never thought it would happen.
